User Agreement

The pages, contents and software in this site at this moment are personal works and this site isn´t for commercial purposes, there isn´t any liability of the author. The author (denoted as JuegosEnMovil) at his discretion can add, modify or delete features, contents or the site at all without advertise and without any liability. By registering at the site, using the site, the hosted software or its services, you agree to use the site and the contents in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations under your only responsibility and in accordance with the terms and conditions discussed below.

Membership.

Membership (forum member, hosting member, download member, etc) when available is a service to anyone who registers all required information when necessary, example: provides an accurate, legitimate electronic mail address, and obtains a unique JuegosEnMovil member name and password.

JuegosEnMovil can terminate any service at his discretion without advertise or liability. JuegosEnMovil may terminate membership and/or delete any and all information of members and not members, communications, postings, pages, software, etc, at his discretion and without advertise and without any liability.

JuegosEnMovil hosting Guidelines.

JuegosEnMovil can provide storage space for your midlets. JuegosEnMovil is not responsible for the midlets or for the content of the midlet software, it is the responsibility of the posting user (member or not member) and not JuegosEnMovil. JuegosEnMovil is not responsible to review the midlets in any way before they appear on the site. JuegosEnMovil reserves the right to not publish or remove any midlet from the site.

JuegosEnMovil makes no implied or express warranties about the reliability of the hosted midlets. JuegosEnMovil is not responsible for any damage caused by loss of access to, or deletion or alteration of hosted midlets. Is your responsibility to monitor the information hosted.

This rules are extensive to other type of hosted information like software, images, links, etc.

Third-partys.

At this site there are links to other sites but JuegosEnMovil is not responsible about extern sites, is your responsability to access these sites. Also, there are advertise links to extern sites where you can get products (Google, Amazon, Sharewire, etc), in this case your relation is with the extern site and not with JuegosEnMovil. Elsewhere, we are open to know about any problem you have.

Privacy.

JuegosEnMovil don´t store personal information (except for liability and responsibility or for requirements of the service) of members or users. Using any service that requires the email use, you agree that it could be used to contact with you personally to solve problems, etc. At the moment you finish the service all your information will be deleted except the information needed by law. JuegosEnMovil can use other information provided to generate aggregated information.

The exchange of information between JuegosEnMovil and the users may not be secure given the current state of the Internet, JuegosEnMovil haven´t any liability about this.

Postings and other communications with JuegosEnMovil are not private and may be published and edited at the discretion of JuegosEnMovil unless specifically instructed otherwise.

The information supply on donations or contributions are stored by PayPal, JuegosEnMovil only receive a copy of the name an number of operation supplied by PayPal. You can modify or delete the information stored by PayPal contacting with them. This form to proceed is also extensive to other extern advertisers available at this site (when they store information about you) like Google, Amazon, Sharewire, etc.

However if you have introduced in anyway your personal information in our site and you like to know, change or delete it, you can contact with us and we'll do it without problem.

We are not responsible for the information on the site, the correction of the services, content, damages originated by the use of this site or the contents, etc.

Final Clause.

JuegosEnMovil haven´t any liability or responsibility from the contents, services or the use of this site. You use this site under your complete responsibility. If you see anything not proper on your country at this site don´t use the site, if you use the site is your only responsibility.

At this site there is not any commercial activity, but we offers for free, information, services, links, etc, observing the users the rules of use and behaviour. Whatever commercial action should be outside to this site (by third parties, etc).

A member or user agrees to indemnify to JuegosEnMovil and any third-party against any and all claims and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising from the use of the site. This expressly includes: (i) Member's responsibility for any and all liability arising from the violation or infringement of proprietary rights or copyrights and (ii) any libellous or unlawful material contained within information supply by users, software, postings, information, etc.
